How does Ballisticamp ship your order and how long does it take to ship ?

We’ve created a list of common questions our customers ask when shopping online with us. If you are unable to find an answer to your question, please send our Customer Service Team an email at support@Ballisticamp.com

Before placing an order, please confirm whether it is shipped from the US warehouse or China warehouse.

For US addresses, Ballisticamp will choose US warehouses for delivery. For addresses other than the US, Ballisticamp chooses to ship from a Chinese warehouse because of customs，No matter which warehouse delivers order, Ballisticamp will guarantee delivery to your door within the time limit. If the time limit is exceeded, Ballisticamp will pay $5 per day as compensation.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Ship from US Warehouse:

1.If stock is sufficient,Orders will be shipped within 3 business days .If out of stock，Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days

2.Estimated delivery timeframes are between 5-15 business days after shipping from our warehouses.

3.All Items will be shipped via FedEx and UPS carriers .

4.Shipping speed for oversized items remain unchanged.

5.US regions eligible for shipping remain unchanged.

Ship from CN Warehouse:

1.If stock is sufficient,Orders will be shipped within 3 business days .If out of stock，Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

2.Estimated delivery timeframes are between 10-20 business days after shipping from our warehouses.

3.We will choose fast and stable logistics channels.

4.Shipping speed for oversized items remain unchanged.

Note: Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
